Combining 20 years experience in beauty and editorial makeup with her interest in special fx and prosthetics, Mercury Makeup is able to provide beauty with a difference. 

Whilst working for luxury makeup brands and studying a Bachelor of Visual Arts Mariel McClorey found these worlds colliding. 

"My fine art practice became my makeup practice and vice versa. Studying colour theory my whole first year at Art school was one of the most valuable lessons to me as I delved deeper into makeup as art."

Mariel's experience spans fashion photography, beauty portraiture, stills photography, advertising campaigns, commercials, music videos, and bridal makeup. Along with tv, film, and theatre no job is too big for Mariel's team including beauty makeup for red carpet events and special occasions whether it be one on one or a group booking. 

With an amazing team of hair and makeup people, Mercury Makeup is able to cater for all types of projects, no matter how big or small.
